    Responsible for the strategic direction of Advanced Clinical’s brand positioning including, but not limited to, external-facing media events, campaigns, and tactics to impact business growth through brand awareness, differentiation, and lead generation.


     Essential Functions

    • Create, implement, and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing and public relations program that will enhance Advanced Clinical’s position within the market and to ensure integrated marketing of all Advanced Clinical service offerings
    • Develop media interest in the organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests
    • Develop and coordinate all press releases for the organization
    • Manage third party vendor relationships including advertising agency, public relations firms, exhibit agencies, and related service providers
    • Develop and implement an annual tradeshow/conference strategy that aligns with business development objectives and overall brand awareness to maximize client exposure
    • Responsible for select project budgets, which may include media placement, creative development, print production, or others
    • Lead the enhancement of Advanced Clinical’s electronic marketing strategy with the ability to measure results
    • Based upon market research, develop a strategy to enhance the overall marketing plan and enhance ROI of marketing budget
    • Enhance the overall social media strategy to broaden awareness and drive Advanced Clinical’s participation in relevant social media opportunities
    • Create and manage the annual marketing budget and report progress to the Senior Vice President, Business Development and Marketing
    • Develop a regular series of reports to the Senior Vice President, Business Development and Marketing, to show the progress of all marketing and branding initiatives
    • Undertake a continual analysis of market trends
    • Participate in meetings with senior leadership, as needed
    • Facilitate internal communications
    • Drive E-mail marketing for Advanced Clinical
    • Manage the overall website presence for Advanced Clinical with references to the Advanced Group as appropriate as well as driving overall SEO
    • Assist with employer branding to support employee recruitment efforts in the industry
    • Oversee graphics and collateral
    • Perform other tasks as the company may from time-to-time reasonably request


    Additional Responsibilities

    • Perform other duties as requested by the Senior Vice President Business Development and Marketing.
    • Provide reports and support activities for the Strategic Resourcing business to ensure consistency across the Clinical business




    •      BA or BS degree in Marketing is required
    •      Ten years professional (corporate or agency) marketing experience
    •      Business-to-business, CRO/Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
    •      Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, plus excellent working knowledge of web-based applications
    •      Must also have experience with branding strategy and execution, SEO, marketing analytics, digital marketing execution, and permission based email/relationships with ESPs
    •      Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
    •      Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment
    •      Demonstrated leadership ability
    •      Must have an energetic and positive demeanor with strong problem solving skills
    •      Must also have exceptional time management skills and the ability to work with individuals across various levels of the organization
